Privacy
- Nothing trains on what you write. Your entries are not used for AI training, ad targeting, or content analysis.
- AI only sees what you ask it to. When you use Reflect, it reads the entry you pointed at. Nothing is retained.
- Local journals never leave your device. If you choose on-device storage, the file stays on your machine and we never have access to it.
